Gatewen Training Services has achieved a significant milestone after becoming the first organisation to secure the Information and Advice Quality Framework (IAQF) mark in conjunction with the nationally recognised matrix Standard.
The matrix Standard is the Department for Education’s benchmark for high-quality information, advice and guidance (IAG), while the IAQF is a Welsh Government framework designed to ensure consistent quality standards for advice services across Wales.
The 2025 accreditation review confirmed that Gatewen successfully met the requirements of both frameworks, demonstrating a strong culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
The recognition highlights how a commitment to quality standards can help transform a local training provider into a regional leader, creating life-changing opportunities for learners and supporting individuals into employment, training and career progression.
