Gatewen Training Services is proud to be supporting Coleg Cambria with the Industrial Cadets Bronze project for school pupils across Wrexham, delivered in partnership with Net World Sports.
The programme is designed to help young people develop key skills for learning, life and work, while also introducing them to the exciting career opportunities available within STEM-related industries.
Aligned to the Gatsby Careers Benchmarks, the initiative complements students’ academic studies by providing practical experiences, industry engagement and insight into future career pathways. At the end of the programme, learners graduate as Bronze-level Industrial Cadets — a nationally recognised award that can support future applications and career development.
The project also highlights the importance of collaboration between employers, education providers and industry partners in helping inspire and prepare the next generation workforce.
Special thanks were given to delivery partners Tenstar Simulation AB, Pathway to Carbon Zero, JCB and NPORS for their ongoing support with the programme.
