Industry leaders, employers and training partners recently came together at the JCB Skills Academy for a well-attended presentation focused on the future of warehousing and the evolving skills needs of the logistics sector.
The session explored developments in automation, technology, workforce skills and the future challenges and opportunities facing the warehousing industry.

The event highlighted the growing importance of collaboration between employers, technology providers and training organisations in preparing the future workforce for an increasingly automated and technology-driven logistics sector.
