Gatewen Training Services has proudly been awarded the prestigious Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award in recognition of its long-standing commitment to supporting the armed forces community across North Wales.
The ERS Gold Award represents the highest badge of honour available to organisations that demonstrate exceptional support for serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families within the workplace and wider community.
For more than a decade, Gatewen Training Services has worked closely with members of the armed forces community, helping individuals access training, skills development and employment opportunities across the region.
Congratulations were also extended to fellow Gold Award recipients including Carmarthenshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council, Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Farrall’s Group, Rydal Penrhos School, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, SudoCyber, The Mentor Ring, West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce, WurkPlace and Basel Cottage.
The recognition highlights the continued importance of supporting the armed forces community and creating inclusive pathways into employment, training and career development.
