Members of the Wrexham Leadership Alliance visited Ysgol Morgan Llwyd this week to officially launch an innovative new AI-powered Information, Advice and Guidance initiative — the first programme of its kind in Wales.

Over the coming year, approximately 750 pupils are expected to benefit from the new provision, which aims to support young people with future skills development, career pathways, apprenticeships and work experience opportunities.

Discussions during the visit also highlighted the important role of the Wrexham & Flintshire Investment Zone in helping to create meaningful opportunities for young people across the region.

The event featured valuable contributions from Mel Whitley of The Very Group, Claire Hinchcliffe of Net World Sports, Ben Spruce of Kronospan UK and Craig Weeks of JCB.

Special thanks were also given to Jessica Evans for organising the event.
