Young people across North Wales are being given the opportunity to experience realistic workplace scenarios and explore future career pathways through the use of advanced simulation technology.
One recent session even saw a 16-year-old learner using a simulator to drive an ambulance to the scene of an accident — providing a safe, immersive and engaging insight into emergency response and vocational careers.
The initiative forms part of wider efforts to support careers education, information, advice and guidance while helping young people better understand the wide range of opportunities available within industry and public services.
Simulation technology continues to play an increasingly important role in engaging learners, building confidence and supporting skills development through practical, hands-on experiences.
Special thanks were given to Simon Hogg and Tenstar Simulation AB for their ongoing support and collaboration.
