A collaborative careers session this week provided two young people from Caia Park with the opportunity to explore future career pathways and gain valuable insight into the world of work.
The visit brought together employers, training providers and community partners to help showcase the range of opportunities available to young people who may still be deciding on their next steps after school.
Special thanks were given to Harry Cross and Ryan Izzard from RRC Crane Hire, alongside Shauni Thomas, Daniel Skimmings and Mark Gilroy for helping to support and inspire the learners.
The session highlighted the importance of early careers engagement, employer involvement and partnership working in helping young people better understand the opportunities available within industry and the wider workforce.
