WeMindTheGap and Gatewen Training Services are continuing to work together to help create meaningful opportunities for young people across the region.
During a recent visit to Gatewen Training Services, Damo successfully passed his counterbalance and reach truck FLT tests, while Tim Ashcroft is preparing to begin his LGV training.
With NEET numbers continuing to rise across Wales and more than 1,700 young people in Wrexham currently not in education, employment or training, partnerships between organisations committed to alternative pathways and employability support are becoming increasingly important.
The collaboration highlights the value of providing practical training, vocational skills and real career opportunities for young people who may not thrive through traditional school or college routes.
Special thanks were also given to Cara Higgins, Sian Hughes and Aaron Jones for their continued support.
