Representatives from WeMindTheGap and Careers Wales visited the Wrexham off-road training centre this week to discuss future skills needs, employability opportunities and work placements for young people across the region.

Despite challenging weather conditions, the visit provided a valuable opportunity for partners to come together, share ideas and strengthen collaborative working to support learners and local employers alike.

The meeting included Cara Higgins and Jasmine Formstone from WeMindTheGap, alongside Lesley Lloyd from Careers Wales.

Partnership working between training providers, support organisations and careers services continues to play an important role in helping young people access meaningful pathways into employment, training and future careers.
